The name Ah Hip evolved from one of six chinese immigrants. Ah Hip was a 24 year old labourer that immigrated in 1911. The heritage of the building is best known for its beautiful imports when first opened in 1905. I believe it is important to embrace what local heritage we have. The corner shops were an important element of community life in South Townsville.

A quick check list first...
- Have a picture of the style of dress and make sure to bring your head piece. Most designers will have trial veils to loan.
-The colour and style of your bridesmaids. The type of flowers and colour (as to guide and give the best advice possible).
Keep in mind that your trial is all about options. Thats why we take great care in uploading details to your personalized file.
As a professional, I use an array of quality products.
With every face, detail is important. My style is of a clean, current and great lash application. As all make-up artists would agree, a great set of brushes is the key. Please allow approx 45min for this service.
If you have never had a spray tan befor then we suggest you wear loose clothing. eg; no bra after the spray as this will end in discolouration. To make the most of your new tan please shave, exfoliate and shower befor your appointment. This will help prolong the life of your tan. Your tan will last approx 4-10 days depending on your home products and experience. We pride ourselves on searching out the best products. Bonza Bronz is an all natural and Australian owned company. This service takes approximately 15min.

This is a semi permanent application that takes approximately 15min. Great for party nights, weddings, photographic, any occasion or just because you can! Will last from 1 to 3 days depending how careful you are.
There are few people who get to realise their dream and I know I'm one of the luckiest buggers alive. I am stepping out to commence a new chapter in my life. The opportunity to travel and to be studying under one of the industry's icons will be a very important transition for myself. As many of my clients may or may not know, the sale of Jaker Hair Studio did not come lightly and there are no words strong enough to relay my immense pride and loyality shown.
We are all in the cycle of change. As you will all find Cassie is of similar passion and style, it was an instant knowing my clients will be in good company.
